2024 წელს აკუსტიკური ხმაურის დასაშვები ნორმების სავარაუდო გადამეტებაზე თბილისის მერიის ცხელ ხაზზე 5 570 საჩივარი შევიდა. ამის შესახებ საუბარია სახალხო დამცველის მიერ მომზადებულ საქართველოში ადამიანის უფლებათა და თავისუფლებათა დაცვის მდგომარეობის შესახებ 2024 წლის ანგარიშში, სადაც ნათქვამია, რომ ამ კუთხით საჩივრების რაოდენობა 2023 წელთან შედარებით მცირედ კლებას აჩვენებს.
"საჩივრების უმეტესობა შეეხებოდა სამშენებლო, საგზაო და სარემონტო-სარეაბილიტაციო სამუშაოებს, ასევე, ორბელიანის, ათონელის ქუჩებსა და მიმდებარე ტერიტორიებზე არსებული გასართობი ობიექტების ფუნქციონირებას.
ზარების უმეტესობა შეეხებოდა ისეთი ტიპის ხმაურს, რომელზეც არ ვრცელდებოდა შესაბამისი ტექნიკური რეგლამენტი (მაგ., ხმამაღალი საუბარი, ყვირილი, ჩხუბი და სხვ.), ამდენად, ასეთ შემთხვევებში, მოქალაქეებს სატელეფონო კომუნიკაციით განემარტებოდათ აღნიშნული გარემოებები. 2024 წელს უწყებამ გამოავლინა 210 სამართალდარღვევა, ხოლო წინა წელს აღნიშნული მონაცემი ორჯერ და უფრო მეტჯერ დიდი იყო [521].
აღსანიშნავია, რომ იურიდიული პირების/ინდივიდუალური მეწარმეების მიმართ შედგენილი სამართალდარღვევების ოქმები სოლიდურ ფინანსურ სანქციებს გულისხმობს, საუბარია 1 500-დან 10 000 ლარამდე ჯარიმებზე. აკუსტიკური ხმაურის ნორმების დარღვევისთვის პასუხისმგებლობა 2023 წელს გამკაცრდა.
