შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროს ცენტრალური კრიმინალური პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის ორგანიზებულ დანაშაულთან ბრძოლის მთავარი სამმართველოს ტრეფიკინგის და უკანონო მიგრაციის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის სამმართველოს თანამშრომლებმა, არასრულწლოვნით ვაჭრობის დანაშაულებრივი სქემა გამოავლინეს, 2 პირი დააკავეს, ხოლო ერთ პირს ბრალი წარედგინა.
1989 წელს დაბადებული ნ.ა.-ს ბრალი არასრულწლოვნით ვაჭრობაში ედება, ხოლო განსაკუთრებით მძიმე დანაშაულის შეუტყობინებლობისთვის დაკავებულია 1981 წელს დაბადებული ო.ჭ., ამავე დანაშაულისთვის ბრალი წარედგინა ამჟამად პატიმრობაში მყოფ 1991 წელს დაბადებულ ბ.ბ.-ს.
დანაშაული 15 წლამდე ვადით თავისუფლების აღკვეთას ითვალისწინებს.
ჩატარებული გამოძიებით დადგინდა, რომ ბრალდებულმა ნ.ა.-მ შეიმუშავა არასრულწლოვნით ვაჭრობის სქემა, რომლის სისრულეში მოყვანისა და შრომითი ექსპლუატაციის გაწევის მიზნით, არასრულწლოვან შვილს ფსიქოლოგიური ზეწოლით აიძულებდა თბილისის სხვადასხვა უბანში ეთხოვა მოწყალება, მიღებულ თანხას კი სრულად ისაკუთრებდა.
ასევე, გამოძიებით დადგენილია, რომ ბრალდებული ნ.ა.-ს მიერ არასრულწლოვანი შვილის მიმართ განხორციელებული მძიმე დანაშაულის შესახებ ცნობილი იყო წარსულში ნასამართლევი ო.ჭ.-სა და პატიმრობაში მყოფ ბ.ბ.-სთვის.
გამოძიება საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის 143 სეკუნდა მუხლის მე-2 ნაწილის „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტით და 376-ე მუხლის მე-2 ნაწილებით მიმდინარეობს.
