უამრავი ადამიანი იწყებს ვარჯიშს დარბაზში და არ იციან რას მოკიდონ ხელი, როგორ დაიწყონ თავისი გზა, ასერომ ძიებაში მათ ძალიან დიდი დრო ეხარჯებათ. ეს ვიდეორგოლი დაეხმარება დამწყებებს, რომ ჰქონდეთ კარგი სტარტი, რაც ძალიან მნიშვნელოვანია. აქ იქნება ის 6 ძირითადი წესი რომელიც თქვენს თამაშს სპორტად აქცევს, ცხოვრების სტილად და წესად!

levankazishvili აპრილი 20, 2015მომწონს 1 არ მომწონს 0ამას ვაკეთებ ამ ვიდეობით რომ აქედან დავეხმარო ხალხს და ავუხსნა, კიდე ბევრ ვიდეოს დავდებ თეორიულებსაც პრაქტიკულებსაც და სხვადასხვა სახის ვიდეოსბს, რაც სამომავლოდ მაქვს გათვალისწინებული. ჩემი მიზანი არაა მხოლოდ ამდაგვარი ვიდეოების დადება. უბრალოდ ჯერ რაც საჭიროა იმას ვაკეთებ. რა პრობლემაა მოდი ჩვენთან დარბაზში და ნახავ მასეთ ადამიანს თუკი მონდომებული იქნები. გეთანხმები მაგაში ;)

Mr_Levana აპრილი 20, 2015მომწონს 0 არ მომწონს 1თუ ძმა ხარ რაა :) მე ვაფშე სახლში ვარჯიშობ განტელებით და ა.შ და საკმაოდ კარგ ფორმაშიც ვარ და თავსაც კარგად ვგრძნობ... და ვაბშე რატო უნდა მინდოდეს რაღაც მუტანტივით კუნთები? ჩემთვის მთავარია ლამაზი ტანი, ნორმის ფარგლებში მასა და ამას სახლში ვარჯიშით და ნორმალური კვებითაც მოვახერხებ და სულაც და ათასი უაზრობების და რაღაც ზოგი ვაბშე რეებს აღარ სვავს რო 3 თვეში ბატიბუტივით უნდა დაიყაროს კუნთები :D მოკლედ ასეთი რამე მაგარი უაზრობაა(ჩემი აზრია) და ნუ ახლა ყველას თავის აზრია აქვს და ყველა ისე აკეთებს როგორც ფიქრობს :)

levankazishvili აპრილი 20, 2015მომწონს 1 არ მომწონს 0მუნატნად ქცევა მე არასდროს მქონია მიზნად დასახული და 3 თველი კუნთების მოყრას არავის ვასწავლი რადგან მე ვერ შევძელი ეს :) ჩემი მიზანი სხვაა მე ბოდიბილდინგ-ფიტნესი მომწონს განა ბოდიბილდინგი, ან მარტო ფიტნესი, არამედ ბოდიბილდინგ-ფიტნესი ეს კი სულ სხვა რამეა და ახლო მომავალში თუ დარჩები ჩემი მაყურებელი დაგანახებ უფრო ნათლად რას ვგულისხმობდი და რა მაქვს მიზნად დასახული, იქნებ მერე შენც შეგეცვალოს მხედველობა და ასე აღარ შეხედო ჩემს ვიდეოებს. დამიჯერე აქ სხვა რამეზეა საუბარი და ახლო მომავალში მართლა ყველა ნახავს

levankazishvili აპრილი 20, 2015მომწონს 1 არ მომწონს 0რათქმაუნდა ყველას თავისი მოსაზრება გააჩნია. შენ მასეთი შედეგით კმაყოფილი ხარ და მასე მოგწონს. ვიღაცას შეიძლება მასე არ მოსწონდეს... ყველა ადამიანი ინდივიდუალურია. ვიცი რაზეც გაქვს საუბარი, ძალიან კარგად მესმის, რადგან ჩემი ძმაა ზუსტად მასე, არ დადის დარბაზში არ მოსწონს და ვერ იტანს წონებზე ვარჯიში. მის დღემში თავისი საკუთარი წონით ვარჯიშობს, აჯიმანიები, ტურნიკი, და ა.შ. და არჩვეულებრივ ტანზეა ძალიან ლამაზად, მაგრამ ისეთი პროპორცია არ აქვს როგორიც მე მსურს, და ისეთი პროპორცია და დეტალები როგორც დარბაზში ვარჯიშს შეუძლია მოგცეს. ანუ აქვს ლამაზი სხეული მაგრამ დარბაზში დაყენებული ტანი სულ სხვაა.
