    nnbb.... მაშ სირბილით თუ დახვალ ცხიმის 9-10% ზე დაგეტყობა პრესი ოდნავ მაინც თუ გაქვს განვითარებული. თუ არა არ დაგეტყობა, თუ სირბილიც გეზარება მაშინ ვერაფერს მაოხერხებ. რაც შეეხება ,,ჯანზე მოსვლას" ლაპარაკი ზედმეტია თუ რამე გეზარება.

    დიდი მადლობა ასეთი ვიდეობისათვის. ერთი კითხვა მაქვს და ძალიან გამეხარდება თუ მიპასუხებთ. რამოდენიმე თვეა რაც დავიწყე აქტიურად ვარჯიში ძალიან მომწონს და დიდ სიამოვნებას მანიჭებს მაგრამ სხეულის რამოდენიმე ნაწილზე ფეხის კუნთებთან და მხრებზე შევამჩნიე რომ თითქოს კანი მაქვს დახეთქილი ეს რისი ბრალია ან თუ მომშორდება?

      გარდა ამისა ერთი კარგი მეთოდი არსებობს მაისურის ქვეშ სილიკონის პრესებსი შელაგება, ამაზონზე იყიდება ნახე ქამრით შესაკვრელი რამეებია და რო შემოირტყავ მაიკას ჩაიცმევ და მაიკის იქიდან გეტყობა დაჯე პრესი ;)
