levankazishvili ივლისი 20, 2014მომწონს 0 არ მომწონს 0ბოლომდე რომ მოგესმინა მიხვდებოდი ვიძახი ვიდეოში, რომ ლურჯი, ისევე როგორც წითელი, ანუ ორივე არის კვების მენიუ, უბრალოდ სხვადასხვა მენიუ, აქედან რომელიმეს მოირგებ ან გადაანაცვლ-გადმოანაცვლებ, შენთვის საუკეთეს ორამეს გამოანხავ, იმასაც ვიძახი რომ ორივე მენიუს დაახლოებით თანაბარი საკვები ღირებულება აქვს თითო პორციაზე და ისეა დაბალანსებული რო კალორიულობა დაახლოებით თანაბარია, ასგრეთვე ცილები, ცხიმები და ნახშირწყლებიც. მადლობა დაინტერესებისათვის და იმედია ამომწურავად ვუპასხე შენს კითხვას :)

levankazishvili მაისი 20, 2014მომწონს 0 არ მომწონს 0მაგრამ თავი ცხოველების დამცველად და ვეგეტარიანელად არ გამომიდვია როგორრც ამას ბევრი კეთებს, ცხოველებს მე სხვაგვარად ვიცავ და ყოველ კვირა 1-დან 2 ცხოველს ვარჩენ, კვებაზე და დახმარებაზე არმაქვს საუბარი აი რასაცქქვია უშუალო საფრთხისგან გადარჩენაზე, ხოლო ის რომ ის იდეოლოგია რომ მე ხორცს არ შევჭამ და ამით ცხოველის სიცოცხლე გადარჩება ეს არ ამართლებდა არ ამართლეს და ვერც გაამართლებს 1000 წელი სანამ დედამიწა არსებობს რადგან გააგრძელებენ ცხოველების კვლას უმოწყალოდ, ზოგს ფფარშისათვის ზოგს ისე საჭმელად. მე ვიღებ ყველაფერ იმას რაც გამაჩნია და კანონით ამქვეყნიური თუ იმქვეყნიური კანონით ამის უფლემა ბაქვს, ვეგეტარიანელების აზრს არც ჩავწვდები რადგან გარედანვე უმიზნოდ მიმაჩნია კითხე ნებისმიერ მოძღვარს, მორწმუნეს. უმიზნო უშედეგო რამსი კეთება კი საშინლად არ მიყვარს

levankazishvili მაისი 20, 2014მომწონს 0 არ მომწონს 0მამუკა ვიცი რასაც საუბრობ მაგრამ ეგ სხვა თემაა რო მშენ ხორცს ვერ იტან ეგ კიდევ ვეგეტარიანელობა არაა, ვეგეტარიეანელები თავისი იდეოლოგიით არ ჭამენ ხორცს არადა შეიძლ;ება ძალიანაც ერგებოდეთ და უხდებოდეთ მისი გემო და ძალა. რაც შეეხება შენს რეაქციებს ბუნებრივია სავსებით გულის რევა რომელია და მე პატარა რო ვიაყვი საერთოდ არანაირ ხორცს არ ვჭამდ ივერ ვჭამდი სუნზე დანახვაზეც კი სუნთქვა მეკვრდებოდა განა ვაზვიადებ არამედ სუნთქვა მეკვრებოდა და ვიხრჩობოდი, გაგიგია მასეთი რამ? :D დარწმუნებული ვარ რომ არა.

mamuka1313 მაისი 20, 2014მომწონს 0 არ მომწონს 0ლევან... გეტყობა რომ ახლოს არ იცნობ ვეგეტარიანელებს...იმას ვგულისხმობ რომ ცინიკურად საუბრობ ხორცის არჭამასთან დაკავშირებით თავის მართლებაზე...ბევრი რომ არ გავაგრძელო ჩემს პირად მაგალითს მოგიყვან: ვეგეტარიანელი არ მეთქმის (ვჭამ რძის ზოგიერთ ნაწარმს, კვერცხს და ასევე შემიძლია საქონლის ხორცის ნახარშის მაგ: ხაშის წვენის ჭამა) უამრვჯერ ვცადე მწვადის და სხვა ხორცის (საქონლის და ღორის) კერძების ჭამა და იმდენივეჯერ ღებინება დამეწყო, ხოლო ცხვრის,თევზის და ფრინველის ხორცის სუნზეც კი მეწყება იგივე...მეორეს მხრივ მომეწონა შენი ვიდეოლექციები და ვთვლი რომ ერკვევი საკითხში (ბევრი რამ ვიცოდი ბევრიც გავიგე)....გთხოვ ამიხსნა ჩემს შემთხვევაში რაშია საქმე...
