Heavy rain on Saturday delayed the Slopestyle Finals and the build crew worked hard to maintain the course and protect the jumps from the elements. In the end, the rain didn't relent and the main event was pushed back to Sunday when blue skies greeted riders and a spectacular final took place.
Thomas Genon packed his run with loads of tricks, but it was the 360 Tuck No Hander during the same run that really impressed the judges. A slight slip of the pedal in the final jump saw a few points being lost but with a score of 91.50 and second place, the Belgian was stoked.
