ევროვიზიის“ ფინალურ კონცერტზე წამყვანმა სცენაზე საბავშვო „ევროვიზიის“ 2016 წლის კონკურსის გამარჯვებული მარიამ მამადაშვილი მიიწვია, რომელმაც მაყურებელი საქართველოში, თბილისში, საბავშვო „ევროვიზია 2017“-ზე დაპატიჟა.
საბავშვო „ევროვიზიის“ 2016 წლის კონკურსის გამარჯვებული მარიამ მამადაშვილი კიევში, „ევროვიზიის“ შოუზე დასასწრებად ორგანიზატორებმა საპატიო სტუმრის სტატუსით მიიწვიეს.
რამდენიმე დღის წინ, კიევის საერთაშორისო საგამოფენო ცენტრში საბავშვო ევროვიზიის ლოგოსა და სლოგანის პრეზენტაცია გაიმართა.
საერთაშორისო მედიის შეკითხვებს ევროვიზიის ხელმძღვანელმა სერგი გვარჯალაძემ, ევროპის მაუწყებელთა კავშირის სატელევიზიო პროექტის მენეჯერმა და გასული წლის გამარჯვებულმა მარიამ მამადაშვილმა უპასუხეს.
საბავშვო „ევროვიზიას“ საქართველო ნოემბერში უმასპინძლებს. ფესტივალის სლოგანი იქნება "ანათე".
რიგით მე-15 საბავშვო „ევროვიზიის“ კონკურსი 26 ნოემბერს თბილისის სპორტის სასახლეში გაიმართება. საზოგადოებრივი მაუწყებელი მეთერთმეტედ წარადგენს მონაწილეს საბავშვო ევროფესტივალზე.
2016 წელს საქართველო საბავშვო „ევროვიზიის“ გამარჯვებული მესამედ გახდა და საბავშვო ევროფესტივალის გამარჯვებულ ქვეყნებს შორის რეკორდი დაამყარა. მსგავსი შედეგი ამ დრომდე არცერთ ქვეყანას ჰქონია.
