ბრაკონიერობის კიდევ ერთი შემთხვევა მოხდა დუშეთის მუნიციპალიტეტის სოფელ ჩარგლის მიმდებარედ.
მიღებული ოპერატიული ინფორმაციის საფუძველზე, გარემოსდაცვითი ზედამხედველობის დეპარტამენტის აღმოსავლეთის რეგიონული სამმართველოს თანამშრომლებმა შველზე ნადირობის ფაქტი გამოავლინეს.
ამჯერად, დეპარტამენტის თანამშრომლებმა მონადირეთა 6 კაციანი ჯგუფი დააკავეს, რომლებსაც უკვე მოპოვებული და დანაწევრებული შველი აღმოაჩნდათ. ყველა მათგანი იდენტიფიცირებულია. ბრაკონიერები აღიარებენ ჩადენილ დანაშაულს.
შედგა შესაბამისი ოქმი. გარემოსთვის მიყენებულ ზიანის ოდენობამ 5000 ლარი შეადგინა. ქმედება შეიცავს საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსით გათვალისწინებული დანაშაულის ნიშნებს, შესაბამისად, მასალები, შემდგომი რეაგირებისთვის, შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროში გადაიგზავნება.
