Engineered with the latest in foiling technology, the F4 is the first vessel specifically produced for open ocean flight. A one-design platform that is the definitive prototype for the future of sailing, the F4 is a carbon 46-foot foiling catamaran that is the result of an eight-month engineering collaboration between Holland Composites’ DNA group and Shannon Falcone, an elite adventure sailor and America’s Cup champion. Along with ORACLE Team USA skipper Jimmy Spithill and a special crew, they took the F4 on its’ first-ever mission to fly on water from New York to Bermuda. The boat reaches extremely high speeds and lifts off the surface of the water, literally hovering a few feet over swells on innovative foils.
