ევროპულ და ევროატლანტიკურ სტრუქტურებში ინტეგრაციის საკითხებში სახელმწიფო მინისტრი დავით ბაქრაძე 24-25 იანვარს სამუშაო ვიზიტით პოლონეთში, ქ. ლოძში ევროპა-უკრაინის მე-9 ფორუმზე იმყოფებოდა. სახელმწიფო მინისტრმა მონაწილეობა მიიღო ფორუმის ფარგლებში გაიმართულ დისკუსიაში: „რა დახმარება შეიძლება გაუწიოს საერთაშორისო საზოგადოებამ უკრაინას კონფლიქტის მოგვარების მიმართულებით?“. დისკუსიის მონაწილეებმა უკრაინაში განვითარებულ მოვლენებზე, რუსეთ-უკრაინის ურთიერთობებზე, საერთაშორისო საზოგადოების, როგორც მედიატორის შესაძლებლობებსა და საერთაშორისო საზოგადოების კიდევ უფრო გააქტიურების შესაძლებლობებზე იმსჯელეს.
როგორი უნდა იყოს თანამედროვე სახელმწიფო და რა შეიძლება იყოს განვითარების პრიორიტეტები-ამ თემაზე იმსჯელეს ევროპა-უკრაინის მე-9 ფორუმის ფარგლებში გამართულ მორიგ სესიაზე. ევროპულ და ევროატლანტიკურ სტრუქტურებში ინტეგრაციის საკითხებში სახელმწიფო მინისტრი დავით ბაქრაძე აღნიშნულ დისკუსიაშიც მონაწილეობდა. სესიაზე ევროპისა და აღმოსავლეთ პარტნიორობის მონაწილე ქვეყნებში ელექტრონული მმართველობის სისტემის განვითარებისა და ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის გაძლიერების მნიშვნელობაზე იმსჯელეს.
