While Gasser went down on the final hit of her first run, she made her intentions well known when she opened her first jump with a massive cab double underflip before sending it on an unsuccessful frontside 720. Without skipping a beat, Gasser repeated her run and nailed each hit to perfection scoring a strong 83.85 and solidifying her spot atop the podium ahead of Jamie Anderson and Spencer O'Brien.
